Analyse eines bestehenden Simulationsaufbaus für die Tropfenverdampfung im Rahmen eines EU-Projekts

Analysis of an existing simulation setup for droplet evaporation as part of an of an EU project

Masterthesis, Bachelorthesis, Advanced Design Project (ADP)

Supraparticles, which are created by the self-organised accumulation of nanoparticles, offer a wide range of potential applications due to their unique properties. One remarkable method is the generation of supraparticles on superhydrophobic surfaces by vapour deposition of droplets. This method allows precise control over the shape and arrangement of the resulting particle structures. In this study we will perform a parametric analysis of the current model for the evaporation of nanofluids. We will validate the results using experimental data from the Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research as part of an EU project.
